I'm a licensed Texas real estate agent with Bray Real Estate Group at Compass, working out of our office on Harvard Avenue in Dallas and helping buyers and sellers all across the Metroplex.
I was born and raised in south Louisiana and now call Frisco home, and I'm bringing a little of that southern hospitality to DFW. I didn't get into this business for the transactions. I got into it because I truly care about people and want to help them through one of the most important purchases and decisions of their lives.
My job is simple: be the person you'd actually want in your corner for one of the biggest decisions you'll make. I answer my phone, I tell you the truth about a house, and I don't disappear after closing.

How I can help
Wherever you are in the process.
Buying
From the first "just looking" tour to the keys. I'll help you pick the right area, find the right house, and write an offer that wins without overpaying.
Selling
Pricing backed by real comps, prep advice that's worth the money, and Compass marketing that gets your home in front of the right buyers.
Moving to DFW
New to North Texas? I made the move myself, so I know what it takes. I'll give you the honest rundown on neighborhoods, commutes, schools, and property taxes before you ever fly in.
Just curious
Want to know what your home is worth or where rates are heading? Text me. No pressure and no sales pitch.
Buying a home
Buying with me, step by step.
Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll make, and it shouldn't feel confusing. Here's exactly how it works when we do it together, from our first conversation to the day you get your keys.
Let's talk
A call or a coffee. We'll go over what you're looking for, your budget, your timeline and the areas you're considering, so I can actually be useful instead of guessing.
Get pre-approved
A lender's pre-approval tells us your real budget and makes your offers stronger. I'm happy to share a few local lenders my clients have liked, and you're always free to choose your own.
Sign a buyer representation agreement
Texas law now requires a written agreement before I show you homes. It spells out who I work for, what I'm responsible for and how I'm paid. The length, area and compensation are all negotiable, and I'll walk through it with you line by line before you sign anything.
Tour homes
I'll line up showings and help you compare. With my background in construction and engineering, I'm looking past the paint at the foundation, roof, HVAC and drainage. Touring new construction? Bring me on your first visit so the builder registers me as your agent.
Make a strong offer
We'll use recent comparable sales to decide on price and terms, then write your offer on the state-approved contract. It usually includes earnest money and an option fee, and I'll explain exactly what each one means for you.
Option period and inspections
Once your offer is accepted, the option period gives you a set number of days to inspect the home and negotiate repairs. If you end the contract during this window, your earnest money is returned. The option fee is not.
Appraisal, loan and title
Your lender orders the appraisal and finalizes your loan while the title company reviews the title, survey and HOA documents. I keep track of every deadline and keep you updated so nothing slips.
Closing day
We'll do a final walkthrough, you'll sign at the title company, and you get your keys. One last tip: file for your homestead exemption with your county appraisal district. It can lower your property taxes every year.
Buyer questions
Questions buyers ask me.
Who pays your commission?
It's negotiable and spelled out in our buyer representation agreement before we start. In many deals, the seller agrees to cover some or all of it, and we can ask for that in your offer. I'll always be upfront about it.
How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the loan. Some programs allow as little as 3% to 3.5% down, while others need more. You'll also want money set aside for earnest money, the option fee, inspections and closing costs. A lender can give you exact numbers, and my gives you a realistic monthly estimate, Texas taxes included.
Do I need an agent to buy new construction?
I'd strongly recommend it. The builder's sales rep works for the builder. I work for you: comparing builder incentives, reviewing the contract, keeping an eye on construction and catching items for the final punch list. Most builders require your agent to be there on your first visit.
What are MUD and PID taxes?
Many newer North Texas neighborhoods pay for their roads, water and amenities through a Municipal Utility District (MUD) or Public Improvement District (PID), which adds to your property tax rate. They can make a big difference in your monthly payment, so I'll always check the exact district on any home we look at.
Selling your home
Selling with me, step by step.
Selling is about more than putting a sign in the yard. It's pricing it right, presenting it well and negotiating hard for you. Here's how I'll get your home sold.
Walkthrough and honest pricing
I'll walk your home with you, then build a pricing plan from recent comparable sales, your home's condition and what's competing with it, including nearby builder incentives. You'll get a real number, not just the one you want to hear.
A prep plan that's worth it
Some repairs and updates pay for themselves and some don't. I'll tell you which is which, help with staging ideas and connect you with trusted vendors if you need them.
Marketing with Compass
Professional photography, a listing that's built to stand out on the MLS and the major home sites, Compass's network and marketing tools, and social media that actually reaches buyers.
Showings and open houses
I'll coordinate showings around your schedule, host open houses and follow up with every buyer's agent for feedback so we know how the market is reacting.
Offers and negotiation
When offers come in, I'll lay them out side by side, including what you'd actually walk away with after costs, so you can make the best decision, not just take the highest number.
Option period and repairs
After you accept an offer, the buyer has time to inspect. I'll handle the repair negotiation and help keep the deal together.
Closing day
I'll coordinate with the title company, lender and buyer's agent through the finish line, then hand over the keys.
Seller questions
Questions sellers ask me.
How much is my home worth?
Online estimates can be off by tens of thousands of dollars. I'll prepare a free comparative market analysis from recent sales near you and walk you through it. A comparative market analysis is not an appraisal.
How much will I walk away with?
I'll give you a net sheet that estimates your proceeds after your loan payoff, commissions, title fees, any concessions and prorated taxes, so there are no surprises at closing.
Should I make repairs before listing?
Sometimes. Fixing things buyers will notice right away, like leaks, broken fixtures or worn paint, usually pays off. Big remodels usually don't. I'll give you a straight answer for your home and market.
What do I have to disclose?
Most Texas home sellers complete a Seller's Disclosure Notice describing the home's condition and any known issues. I'll make sure you have the right form and understand what to include.
How is your commission handled?
It's negotiable and set in our listing agreement before your home goes on the market. I'll explain exactly what it covers and what Compass marketing includes.

What would my monthly payment be?
Online calculators usually skip the biggest surprise in North Texas: property taxes, plus the MUD and PID assessments many newer neighborhoods carry. This one builds them in, city by city.

Estimates only, for planning. Tax rates shown are approximate combined rates for each city and vary by school district, exemptions (a homestead exemption lowers your taxes) and the appraised value. My why
It's never just a house. It's home.
I didn't come from much, financially speaking, and when I was a kid, I didn't know any better. The most important things we all have are our relationships and the memories we make with those people.
Some of my greatest memories as a child are those nights spent making "forts & tents" in the living room of our house. You know what I'm talking about: you arrange just about every chair in the house a certain way so you can hang sheets and covers over them, and then you bring all your toys and such inside with a flashlight.
A place you call home.
I love that real estate will give me the opportunity to work with families and serve them through something that is so much more than just the purchase or transaction of a house. It's a place you call home. It isn't just a house or structure; it's where you will raise your children, have Thanksgiving meals, have movie nights and date nights, and grow, laugh, love, cry and experience every up and down that life throws your way.
For me, this is why I pursued getting licensed in real estate: this career will give me an opportunity to be a part of your journey, and being a part of that brings so much joy and fulfillment to my life. I truly want to help others and provide them with exceptional service.
Today, most people are selfish, and it's all about "me," but I want to help you and guide you through one of the most important purchases and times of your life and put myself in a position where I can make it all about "you."
I want my clients and the people I work with to look back on their experience and see me not just as their agent, but as a friend, someone who deeply cares about them. Someone they trust and know was looking out for their best interest every step of the way. I would love the opportunity to serve you and work with you.
My background
An engineer who knows how homes are built.
Before real estate, I spent my career in engineering, construction and sales. It wasn't a straight line, and I'm grateful for every turn.
Class of 2019 · Lafayette, LAB.S. Mechanical Engineering, minor in MathematicsUniversity of Louisiana at Lafayette
Graduated in 2019. Along the way I completed engineering internships with Dow Chemical, Twister Trailer, Maryland Packaging and Aggreko, and designed an automated oil filtration system for Louisiana CAT as my senior project.
Planned downhole cement jobs and led 3 to 5 person crews on West Texas rig sites for major operators. COVID and the industry-wide layoffs cut that chapter shorter than planned.

Why work with me
Everything I've done has prepared me to work for you.
Engineering, construction and technical sales gave me a unique skill set. Here's how it shows up when you hire me.
I meet you where you are
As a sales engineer, I've worked with everyone from plant operators to executives, and the first rule is knowing who you're talking to. A first-time buyer, a growing family, an investor and someone downsizing all need something different from me, and I'll adjust to you.
Sales Engineer
I show up prepared
Before every customer plant visit, I have to study and understand complex combustion systems so I can speak to them with confidence. I bring that same prep to every open house, showing, new build and listing appointment. I'll know the home, the neighborhood and the numbers before you ask.
Combustion Sales Engineer
I make complicated things simple
An engineering degree with a math minor trained me to break down complex problems. Contracts, inspection reports, financing options and closing costs can feel overwhelming. I'll walk you through each one in plain English so you always know what you're signing and why.
B.S. Mechanical Engineering
I know how homes are built
As a construction superintendent, I managed the daily progress of job sites, crews and subcontractor schedules. When we walk a house, I'm looking at the foundation, roof, HVAC, drainage and the details most people miss. For new builds, I know how to read a builder's schedule, what to watch for during construction, and what belongs on the final walkthrough punch list.
Construction Superintendent
Nothing falls through the cracks
Managing projects, customer accounts and deadlines has made me highly organized. From contract to close there are option periods, financing deadlines, inspections, appraisals and title work. I track every date and keep you updated, so you're never wondering what's next.
Project & account management
I negotiate with facts
Engineers back up every claim with data. Whether we're pricing your home, writing an offer or asking for repairs, I build the case on comps, inspection findings and real numbers, not guesses, so you're in the strongest position at the table.
Engineering + sales
I stay steady when plans change
I started my career in the West Texas oil field and saw it change overnight when COVID hit. I adapted, rebuilt, and kept moving forward. Deals don't always go to plan either, and when something comes up, I'll stay calm, find a solution and keep your move on track.

Louisiana roots
A taste of Louisiana, right here in DFW.
I believe that being born and raised in south Louisiana, getting to grow up around southern hospitality in a place that has such a unique culture and tradition that you can't find anywhere else, and being surrounded by such genuine, down-to-earth people has truly helped shape me into the man I am today.
Growing up in Louisiana, I was surrounded by the type of people who truly care about how you're doing, how your family is doing and how the kids are doing. They don't care about how much money you make or your social status; they just care whether you're a good person and know how to cook, haha. You'd better be able to throw down in the kitchen, know how to make a good gumbo, peel crawfish and, above all else, be an LSU Tiger fan. If you don't meet these criteria, you will indeed get kicked out of the state. I guess I must've done something wrong or didn't do one of these right, since I made it to the great state of Texas, haha.
Faith & family
What matters most to me.
The most important thing to me is my relationship with God and living the life He's called me to live. Second to my relationship with God is my family. Creating and building a life for my future family is so important to me, and I want to provide a life for my children one day that I did not get to have.
I truly have such a pure interest in others and in building relationships with them. I love speaking to people because I have the opportunity to leave a positive impact on their day and life, and that fuels me like no other. God has truly blessed me with the gifts of speaking, leadership, serving, intentionality, genuineness and building relationships.
Outside of work, I spend a fair share of my time with my girlfriend, Natalia, who is my best friend and favorite person to be around. She pushes me to be the best version of myself. All I want is to provide her with the life she deserves and to share the moments of building it together. I also spend time with the men's group from church, attending Bible studies throughout the week, creating a brotherhood and serving our communities.

Off the clock
When I'm not working.
I love working out, running and staying active, whether that's playing sports or anything else that gets me moving. Training helps me practice discipline, and that discipline carries over into my work and how I show up for my clients. I've done several Hyrox competitions and half marathons, and I completed my first full marathon at the 2025 BMW Dallas Marathon.
