This website is operated by Hunter Dooley, a licensed Texas real estate sales agent with Bray Real Estate Group, sponsored by Compass RE Texas, LLC. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Information you give me
When you send a message, sign in at an open house, or ask for a home value or listing alerts, the form collects what you choose to enter, which may include:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- What you're interested in, your timeframe, preferred areas, budget and any message
- For open house sign-ins, the property you visited and whether you're working with an agent
- Your consent to be contacted
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the hosting provider records basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you view and the referring link. If you arrived through a tagged link or QR code (for example, from a business card or open house sign), that tag is attached to any form you submit so I know how you found me. The site does not use advertising trackers.
How I use your information
- To respond to your questions and provide real estate services you ask about
- To follow up after an open house you visited
- To send listings or market information you request
- To keep records required of real estate license holders
Calls, texts and email
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that I may contact you by call, text or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask me to stop calling or emailing you at any time. Consent is never a condition of working with me.
Sharing
I do not sell your personal information. I may share it with my brokerage (Compass RE Texas, LLC) and my team as needed to serve you, with service providers that help run this website (such as the web host that processes form submissions), and when required by law. If you ask to be connected with a lender, inspector or other provider, I'll share only what's needed for that introduction.
How long information is kept
I keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage and legal record-keeping requirements.

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where the law allows. Contact me using the details below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
